Funeral Repast
Dear Mr. Corbisiero,
I hosted a funeral repast at your restaurant for my mother, Louise Taddei, on Wednesday, February 23.
I wanted to thank you for the fine food and service provided that day. I especially want to tell you how very impressed we were with the services of your Maitre d’, Alberto. As soon as we arrived at the restaurant, Alberto immediately showed us the coat check and restrooms. He was very attentive to every detail of the buffet, and to the requests of the guests without being intrusive in their conversation.
I also want to commend your Banquet Manager, Charlie. When my lady friend called to request a carving board on the menu, even though at that time we were unsure of the number of guests, he could not have been more helpful and assured her that the items in question would be available to us. True to his word, everything was perfect.
I am sure that you are already aware that both of these men are a definite asset to your establishment.
Again, I thank you, Charlie and Alberto for providing a dignified and enjoyable repast at this sad time for myself and my family.
Elegant from Soup–to–Nuts
Dear Tony,
I would just like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful way my 80th birthday was handled at Riccardo’s. From “Soup–to–nuts” everything was handled in an elegant and professional manner. Some of my guests are still commenting on the wonderful time that they experienced there that day.
You ensured that every “T” was crossed and every “I” dotted. I couldn't have asked for a better team at Riccardo’s to handle my affair. I was so impressed by Riccardo’s staff that I plan to host my 85th birthday there!

Exceptional Birthday Celebration
Dear Tony,
I am writing to tell you that there are no words to express the gratitude for the hospitality that you displayed to me and my family during the birthday celebration which I had at Riccardo’s on July 24. I want you to know that I will never forget the fine presentation, the food and all the other courtesies that you extended to me which made my birthday a memorable celebration for me and for all my guests.
Please be advised that, as always, Charlie and his entire staff who served us that evening performed in an exceptional manner and paid close attention to every detail from beginning to end. In my opinion, my birthday would not have been celebrated to such high standards had it not been for them and all that they did to make that night a success. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for me and my family over the years. Also, I must comment that the food was exceptional and everyone had fine things to say about the evening.
In closing, I want to thank you again from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done and I wish you and your family many years of good health and prosperity.
Long Island City H.S. 50th Reunion
Dear Tony,
I am writing on behalf of the Long Island City High School 50th Anniversary Reunion Committee to thank you and Mr. Charles A. Campione for the excellent service and accommodations provided for our celebration on the evening of October 9th. Everything was just great. The food was absolutely delicious, the room was clean and sparkling. The servers were efficient, charming and solicitous. Mr. Campione was very helpful to us in every way from the planning, right up to and including the evening of the party.
Many people at the affair have traveled extensively and attended many, many functions, and we all agreed that when it comes to a truly memorable occasion, no one can do it better than Riccardo’s.

We would like to thank Riccardo’s and its staff for our wonderful wedding party on 9/10. All of our guests fell in love with your place.
Special thanks to Eleanor who helped us plan it since the beginning and was a real angel throughout the whole process. This night will remain one of our most cherished moments filled with joy and excitement.
Shareing & Careing
Dear Mr. Corbisiero,
On behalf of SHAREing & CAREing, I would like to thank you for your generous donation of two tickets to “Murder Mystery” in support of our silent auction. As you know, your gift was included in our Silent Auction for which all monies raised will be applied towards direct services for the women and families faced with breast cancer. It will enable us to continue serving the women in need of transportation to and from treatments, provide pharmaceutical assistance, offer fun and exciting wellness workshops, not to mention the many individualized and critical needs that these women are faced with. Your support is truly appreciated and was certainly necessary for the success of our auction.
Once again, I thank you for your support and dedication. Our appreciation goes beyond words.
