How do I say thank you?
A few weeks ago I called Riccardo’s and was lucky to reach you; I explained what I was looking to have and you were so helpful. That was just by telephone.
A week later I drove in from Ronkonkoma and you remembered everything that we had spoken about. I was impressed.
You did everything you said you would do for me and more. The room was beautiful, perfect size and setup. The food was amazing and the staff was wonderful, all so helpful! Like I told you when we met, “You had me at ‘Hello’”. Frank’s surprise 80th was a day to remember forever, and it was possible because of you.
Thank you so much. You are truly a wonderful person. You were so kind to me, I really appreciated everything you did.

Dear Riccardo’s by the Bridge,
We are sending you this thank you card for doing such a wonderful job on our wedding reception on Sunday, November 13th. When we first walked into the reception room we were in amazement at how beautiful everything was set up. I had brought in so many “extra things” to do up the reception room. Your staff was able to capture exactly the look and ambiance of what we wanted. Everyone is still raving about the food and the professionalism of the serving staff. Thank you so much.
I have to give a special thanks to Ms. Eleanor. She was so patient and explained everything to a detail. Planning my reception with her helped make things easier. She gave me such a comfort that after our initial meeting with her, I knew I wanted my reception there. She is the best. Thank you for her.
If I should ever need a reception hall for another event or anyone who is looking for one, you will be highly recommended.

Dear Charlie,
WOW…what a wonderful and spectacular and sensational time we all had at our 25th Wedding Anniversary celebrated at Riccardo’s on May 19th. Being able to return to Riccardo’s where we were married back in May 16, 1982 meant the world to us. Riccardo’s was able to accommodate us and prepared our Anniversary Party in the same room—The Skyline Room. (Back then, in 1982, it was called “The Garden Room.”) This made our night even more special.
Charlie, the room was decorated elegantly right down to the white satin chair covers. Just entering the room at the start of the evening was breathtaking. The food that was prepared and served was delicious and exceptional. I'm glad I can take credit for selecting the Roasted Potatoes! Your employee service was like the alcohol served: Top Shelf. Your wait staff was nothing short of excellent. We were all treated like Royalty. Our friends and family members are still reminding us of what a great time they had.
Riccardo’s by the Bridge made our 25th anniversary party a night to remember for a lifetime. I was born and raised in Astoria and now work there, and I could not think of any other place where we wanted to celebrate our Anniversary. We are looking forward to future celebrations at Riccardo’s.
Charlie, thank you again for making us feel very special; we are forever grateful.
